Exterior Repairs – Unit 2513 Gramercy Park (Building #2)

Start Date: Monday, October 13, 2025 (weather permitting)

Exterior repair work will begin at unit 2513 Gramercy Park within Building #2. While repairs are limited to this unit, all residents in the same building are being notified for awareness, as crews and equipment will be present in the area.

Scope of Work: Wall/façade repairs, mortar replacement, and sealant application.

Expected Impacts: Temporary noise, dust, and the presence of ladders or lifts near the building.

Please keep vehicles and personal items clear of the work zone. Contractors will maintain safety and perform daily clean-up.
