Notice of Board Vacancy

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4.5 of the Bylaws, Vacancies on the Board of Directors are to be filled when the remaining Directors appoint a successor at a special meeting duly called for this purpose. The successor appointed by the Board shall fill the unexpired term of the directorship being vacated.

At this time the Board is asking for volunteers from the community who would be interested in filling two (2) vacant seats now available on the Board.

If you are interested in volunteering, please send your name and contact information along with a brief description on why you would like to serve on the Board within five (5) days of receipt of this notice to Sean Corcoran, Director of Operations for Essex Association Management L.P.

Once all potential candidates’ names are received, the Board will render a decision and the new Board Member will be announced at the special meeting to be held shortly thereafter.
