Ballot/Proxy Submission Reminder

Dear Member – As you are aware, the Association will be holding their Annual Election this evening at 6:00PM. Again, this meeting will take place telephonically. We wish to remind all members that you have the capability to cast your ballot or submit your proxy (if you plan on not participating in the meeting) before the meeting so to cast your votes accordingly. We ask that all members submit either of these forms so as to have a tally vote beforehand to announce the members who have been elected to the Board of Directors.
